Sometimes waiting for a package just feels like forever. That’s why we offer local pickup—a quick and easy way to grab your order in person. If you live nearby or happen to be in the area, this option saves you time and money.

• No waiting on delivery. Your order is usually ready within a couple of days.
• Weekend friendly. We’re open on weekends, so you can come when it works best for you.

How It Works

1. Place your order online and select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
2. We’ll email you when your order is ready (usually within 1–3 business days).
3. Bring that email, the security code inside, and a piece of photo ID when you come by.

A Few FAQs

• How long do I have to pick up? You’ll have 14 days once your “Ready for Pickup” email arrives. If you need more time, just reach out.
• Can someone else pick up for me? Yes! Just make sure they have your email and the security code.
• Can I cancel or switch to shipping? You can, but let us know within 3 hours of placing your order. After we’ve packed it, we can’t make changes.
• What if an item is sold out after I order? We’ll refund it right away and let you know when it’s back.
