Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns and exchanges for items that meet one of the following criteria:

The item you received is defective or damaged.

The item you received is not the one you ordered.
All items must meet these conditions to be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are exempt from being returned or exchanged:

Please note: We may only grant a partial refund if an item shows obvious signs of use, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Additionally, any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at inquiry@canaduck.net within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
Refunds & Exchanges Process

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you a notification. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

For US Customers: Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to offer exchanges to customers in the United States. We can only provide a refund based on the specific circumstances.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are non-refundable.
Additional Notes

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a replacement item is not available, we will issue a full refund for the item.

Items purchased online cannot be refunded in-store, but you may bring the product to our retail location for return processing after submitting your request via email.

For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
