Shipping Destinations
We currently only offer shipping to Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Processing
Our business days are Monday to Friday, 12a.m. to 8 p.m. EST.
Your order typically requires 1-2 days for processing and packing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
Shipping Time is the duration from when the carrier picks up your package until it is delivered to your address.

Shipping information is subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the true cost to ship the package is prohibitively high. Please note that shipping times may be longer during busy seasons.

Customers may be asked to pay extra shipping fees for overweight packages or to remote locations where the shipping cost is extremely high.
Order Tracking & Notifications
- Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order.
- Shipping Notification: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You are responsible for monitoring this tracking link for updates.
- Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by external factors that are beyond our control. Please plan ahead, especially when shipping to addresses outside of Ontario, and expect longer delivery times.
Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery: We are not responsible for issues arising from packages not retrieved by the recipient or from incorrect order information. Customers may be required to pay for any additional shipping fees incurred as a result of these issues. Please double-check that your information is accurate and complete before placing your order.
Unclaimed Packages: If a package is delivered to an authorized pickup location (e.g., a post office), it is your responsibility to collect it. If the package is not picked up or is refused, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will issue a partial refund, minus a 10% restocking fee.
Stolen or Missing Packages: We are not responsible for stolen, missing, or unclaimed packages after the carrier has delivered the package to the address provided. In these cases, customers are not entitled to a refund, replacement, or reshipment.
