- Get Your Pickup Notification: We’ll send you a “Ready for Pickup” email notification within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. This email contains important information for your pickup.
- Visit Our Store: Bring your “Ready for Pickup” email, the included security code, and a piece of photo ID to our store location. We ask that you check your order at the pickup counter to ensure everything is correct.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to pick up my order?
Once you receive your pickup notification, you have 14 days to collect your order. If you need more time, please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
To cancel or change your order to a shipping option, you must email us within 3 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to process cancellations or modifications.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes, you can have someone else pick up your order as long as they can provide the security code from your “Ready for Pickup” email.
Why did I receive a partial or full refund?
If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will automatically issue a refund for that item. We recommend checking back later for restock and placing a new order.
